- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not get beat on price! In the years we have been in business, we have only been beaten 6 times. LeafBusters believes in "old school values... an honest day's pay, for an honest day's work." We do not GOUGE homeowners. People work too hard for their money. We offer senior, military and a few other discounts which we would be more than happy to discuss with you. Unlike many companies where you have to beg for discounts, we simply ask you questions regarding discount eligibility.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are more about educating a homeowner about their project, rather than trying to "sell" you something. We do this for two reasons. 1. The more you know about your project, you will know if anyone coming before or after us is lying to you, and trying to "sell" you. 2. The more you know about your project, you do not have to be sold anything... you either want it or you don't, and we NEVER engage in high pressure tactics like so many of our competitors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 40 years of combined experience with professional gutter, soffit, and fascia installation, as well as the highest quality gutter guards, which actually work.
