- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fee structure is very transparent. We charge Asset Management fees as a percentage of the assets each client brings under our management. These fees range from 0.45%-1.50%, and are inclusive of most standard investment-related fees (transaction fees, mutual fund tickets, etc.), with the exception of margin fees, interest, etc. (Our Brochure will be provided to each prospective client detailing these fees and inclusions). We charge separate financial planning fees starting at $2,000 per year, depending on the complexity of the plan needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a values meeting. We want to learn about what matters to you and to share with you about our values and our process. If we are a good fit to work together, we enter the onboarding process and have 2-3 additional meetings to continue to learn about your financial picture, your needs/goals, investment risk tolerance, cash flows, etc., and then we present you with your personal financial plan. We then continue to check in every 6 months, including a plan review/update each year.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have earned my Series 65 license, as well as insurance licenses.
