The estimate was done quickly, work scheduled within a week completed in 2 days (new stair treads and risers, some work on a pony wall, helped repair a pocket door). Nicely done and cleaned up after, pleasant and professional demeanor.

Illya and Alex did a wonderful job on removing and replacing our old (rotten) small deck! Illya was responsive and gave us estimate quickly. They showed up bright and early as planned and completed the project as promised. We will be using Illya also for other needed outside projects this summer which will greatly improve our enjoyment of our property.

Ilya of standard build provided excellent service rebuilding my basement wall after a water leak incident from heavy rains. He arrived at my home for an on site assessment the same day I contacted him, and was able to fit my project into a busy schedule. The work quality was top notch and wall appears the same as existing walls that did not need replacement. Ilya was also highly responsive to my queries and scheduling. He also made sure to ensure my basement was clean after work completion. Highly recommended.
