The cuisine was over the top. I loved the beet salad, don’t have that very often. The polenta with gravy sauce was another unique dish. I thought the mushrooms & gnocchi did me in until I tasted the chicken. I ate the whole thing. No better compliment than that! And then pannacotta. OMG. I ate all of that too. Come to think of it I ate all of everything! It was an honor to have you in our kitchen creating your magic. We would love to have you come again.
