- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my business successful with being honest, knowing my job well and providing best customer service. I come to your home to do exactly what your garage door needs, with no upselling or doing unnecessary work. I have the most reasonable prices on the market and I provide seasonal discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask the new client all the necessary questions to understand each other and their garage door needs. I try to understand over the first phone call where the garage door issue exists and provide the potential client an approximate service price, so there are no surprises and the client knows what to expect when I arrive to their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Per the previous question, my father trained and taught me how to be the best garage door technician and the best business owner.
