- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum fee for a standard cleaning job starts at $150 with 1-2 cleaners. Our minimum fee for a deep cleaning starts at $375 for a small studio/1 bedroom. Our minimum fee for post-construction jobs start at $675 for residential cleaning. Our pricing varies on the work that is needed to be done, if it's residential or commercial cleaning, and the condition of the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a FREE quote for cleaning services. We prefer to do walk-throughs for jobs to make sure we are quoting properly. If we're unable to do a walk-through before the service is scheduled, we will provide a quote and then confirm the pricing day of service before the cleaners begin the work.
