- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Less expensive than bigger companies because we have less overhead. We always offer discounts to repeat customers or customers referred by others. We are a family company that will serve you quality work and value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Receiving a request of service, meeting the client in their home or business, diagnosis or estimates, laying out options to client, then we start work if possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are offered paid training, a 2 year associates degree in Air Conditioning and Heating technology, and are sent to classes by manufacturers to keep our technology in the field and to the customer current and modern. On average, a technician with northstar has 5+ years of experience. Some of us have over 20 years of experience!
