- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have as a motto, I manage each client with a budget according to the needs and what the clients look for and expect from me. I have competitive prices and recurring customers, I offer a free furniture service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In fact, I want the client to know that I am a responsible, friendly, empathetic person who will treat their home with respect and honesty. I like to give a tour of the house, and ask the client where they want me to start and if they would like me to use their own supplies or use mine! While I am cleaning if you want to say something, how you want me to clean or what product you would like me to use I will take it as something positive, which I would greatly appreciate. In the first cleaning it is always a little longer because I do not have a routine, I like that the clients feel comfortable, trust me and that I will do a great job in their house, I will look for the moment to make sure that the client is satisfied and happy with my work, I would not like to be dissatisfied because of something that is not done well!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 3 years of experience and we know and study the liquids we use for each project we do.
