This was the first time we’ve used Thumbtack and hired Audio Video Max to fix a problem with our 60 inch Sony TV. Because of the way Thumbtack asked you to explain your problem and send pictures if possible, Audio Video Max was able to decipher what the problem could be before he ever came to our home today.
