- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Bubbles, we offer free quotes to all of our customers, and offer free on-site estimates for commercial properties. Due to the fact that we offer a wide range of services, prices vary. Contact us today to tell us more about the services you’re interested in and receive your free quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are contacted by a new customer, we speak with them to gather information about the type of property they have and the service(s) they are interested in. Once we gather all necessary information, we provide a quote over the phone, and are able to provide you with our next available date of service. We also send all of this information to our customers via email. Every customer is given a paper invoice at the time of service, receives an electronic copy of the invoice, and is also contacted approximately 30 minutes before our technician(s) arrives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are trained extensively on-site by our senior technicians. All of our training is hands on, and includes aspects such as ladder safety.
