- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Working with Financial Advisors can be quite rewarding. For Advisory Accounts, I charge an Asset Based Fee. My normal fee is about .90% or 90 BPS. All trading costs, financial planning and financial advice is included with this fee. For non-advisory accounts I use methods to keep client costs down. For just clients who want a financial plan-I charge $200/hour with an average total cost of $1,000.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the client. Their aspirations, goals and risk tolerance. Initial consultation can take up-to two hours in a warm and friendly yet professional environment. Once agreed to move ahead, we gather appropriate documents agree on services to be provided. And usually a third meeting to execute the plan. All can be done on the phone, zoom or in-person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of financial experience. I have a B.S. in Finance, I hold an MBA. I am a Licensed Financial Advisor, Certified Accountant and I am a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor. In my corporate career-I was a Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller. I was a on Board of Directors for an Insurance Company (Investment Committee) I was a Plan administrator and Trustee for the Corporate Retirement Plans.
