I had issues with two appliances: 1. Dishwasher was stopping mid-cycle intermittently 2. Front loading washer rubber gasket had developed mold Anwar diagnosed both issues, helped clean out the filters in the dishwasher and also gave useful tips for smooth operations. For the washer, suggested replacing the gasket as of has become very hard to clean. He cleaned out a bunch of gunk, replaced with oem gasket and provided specific instructions for continued maintenance
