I had issues with two appliances: 1. Dishwasher was stopping mid-cycle intermittently 2. Front loading washer rubber gasket had developed mold Anwar diagnosed both issues, helped clean out the filters in the dishwasher and also gave useful tips for smooth operations. For the washer, suggested replacing the gasket as of has become very hard to clean. He cleaned out a bunch of gunk, replaced with oem gasket and provided specific instructions for continued maintenance

Anwar was great! Highly recommend. He responded so quickly to our message and came the next day. Fixed our laundry machine, checked out our dryer and washing machine. Explained what the problem was, and gave us options on how we could proceed. Very detail oriented - small things like putting the dryer balls back in the dryer when he was finished! Considerate and detail oriented + skilled at trouble shooting.
