My goal is to provide you with competitive pricing with world class customer service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discover together, quote, book. First, I like to set a short phone call with clients to learn the details of the client's vacation vision. Then I research and put together an itinerary. Then I send out a quote of what I interpret as to what the clients wants. Then, once approved, I book the travel items in the approved itinerary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed all the basic training for a travel agent with my consortia, Outside Agents. I am always learning and growing each day to make sure I have the knowledge to be a great travel agent.
