- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on the project requirements. We mostly like to see the job first to get a better idea of what needs to be done , so we can provide an accurate quote. Our estimator will go with through every step in the process and answer any question you might have. Estimates are free of charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free estimate at the potential client's home or over the phone. We understand that a construction project is stressfull for the clients, that's why we always make sure we answer all their questions, give them few options if that possible and make sure they are informed about all steps of the process. If the client decides to hire us , next we proceed with a detailed contract, that includes scope of work and all the materials needed and schedule of payment. Then we schedule a start and finish date for the job. After the job is done our top priority is to make sure that the client is satisfied with our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of general construction experience, but for the last 5 years I have been specializing strictly in tile installation.
