- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
WEDDING EVENT VIDEOGRAPHY: We charge a minimum of 6 hours for wedding/event video production. Time starts with the setup time (1 hour earlier than ceremony or reception, because we need to install our camera, install microphones, set up audio devices, etc.) Time is consisting you can't break the time. CORPORATE VIDEO PRODUCTION: We charge $ 500 for corporate productions up to 5 hours including set up time and consisting hours, $ 800 for a full day (8-9 hours), $ 400 for video editing for up to 8 hours. NON-PROFIT VIDEO PRODUCTION: We offer % 10 discount to non-profit organizations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Get a brief information about the project, 2. If it is possiible meeting with the customer, otherwise phone call or send a question form. 3. Understanding and studying the project, 4.Give a quote and make an agreement Pre-production (preparation for the project), hire the crew, equipment, location, talent, Production (bring all crew together, record the event or project) Post-Production (capture all footage to video editing system, edit video and audio, add music, check audio, color correction, add graphics, animations, titles) Delivery of the product (deliver to project to the customer by DVD, Blu-ray, web, Vimeo, hard drive etc)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are video professionals with past TV, documentary, movie, corporate video production history. We have graduate school or BA degree in cinema or tv production.
