Hello, I’m glad you found my page. I offer personal training across the North suburbs, whether that’s in-home, at the office, or a location of your choice. If you prefer a private training facility, we also have access to two locations, one in Mount Prospect, and one in Northfield.
Having trained people for 7 years, acquiring my degree in exercise science, along with my competitive experience in bodybuilding and powerlifting, I am certain that I can help you achieve the physical transformation you are looking for. I rely on both knowledge, and experience, whereas many trainers these days only rely on one, using gimmicky, overly complicated exercises to make the client “feel” like they are doing something.
I currently work with kids as young as 10 working to create a healthy and active lifestyle, seniors as old as 81 who want to live a long, healthy, and pain free life, as well as everyone in between who just want to improve their physique and get stronger. This includes those with conditions such as Parkinson’s and Autism. Given my background, I would say that body transformation and strength training are my specialties.
My rates depend on commute time, as driving between clients can take up a large portion of my day (this need not apply if you commute to me). Pricing starts at $65 per hour with options as low as $50 per hour depending on package size, and training frequency (must contact for details). Standard session is 1 hour but can be adjusted to fit individual needs.
