- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My event management fees depend on the size of the meeting. I charge $25 per hour for work behind the scenes. For onsite support, depending on level of management and headcount, work starts at $1000+. For speaking engagements, hourly rates start at $750+.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I work with an event client, I like to know what their vision is for the event. What is their goal and what they want their attendees to feel at the end of the event. What kind of memories? What do they want to teach or inspire? I like to understand this first to ensure I can support that vision. For speaking engagements, I like to learn about the event purpose, other speakers, and the goal for my speech. I work with you to ensure I deliver the message specified.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 17 years of event management experience working with GE & AT&T. I managed events with budgets up to $1M. In addition, I worked closely with senior management in the day to day operations and was involved with two mergers. I had a front seat to good leadership and what it takes to grow and nurture teams for continued success.
