Idir was our favorite technician from our previous big company provider for years and we couldn’t be happier that he has taken the step to go out on his own. He is smart, very knowledgeable, honest and very hardworking and he will do really well as an entrepreneur. Now we get his expertise without the huge overhead! I trust him totally and know he won’t upsell something we don’t need and will stand by his work. Plus, a completely lovely human being. Thanks Idir for taking care of our 100 year old very tricky steam heat system!!

Idir was phenomenal! He explained, as he was assessing the situation, what he was doing. He offered me options and helped me make a good decision on repairs. It is very apparent he really enjoys his job and possesses a great deal of knowledge. He is the best!
