I found this service to be amazing. From the initial call requesting a limo service (very last minute) for a wedding. Tom was extremely helpful and was able to accommodate! In addition to this the driver was outstanding and extremely patient with us. I would highly recommend this service!! Looking forward to using them again! Lastly, the limo was beautiful!!!

Used European Class Limousine LLC for a round trip to the airport. The communication was excellent, and the price was great especially with no additional charge for pick up at 2:30 A.M. and had a 5-hour delay on the return trip.

Hands down 5 stars! We had originally booked with another company for our wedding and it ended up falling through a month before we were to get married. We booked with European Class Limousine and they were wonderful! Tom was an excellent driver. He arrived early at the church and had everything set up. The whole process of booking with them was effortless, and they were so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommended to anyone looking for limo services!

This service is TOP NOTCH. I will always go to this company before anyone else. I was traveling with 7 13th year olds and Tom made it super easy. Music, soft drinks, water... He had it all stocked. Additionally, the price is unbeatable. If you need a limo do not look any further.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer standard pricing for to/from the major airports, point-to-point rides and the hourly charter rides.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all - WE LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS! We want to hear their wishes and needs and then we are trying to make the best possible offer!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our cars have a commercial insurance with a coverage of 1 MILLION $ and they are passing required safety inspection every 6 months. The vehicles that operate in the City of Chicago have required City of Chicago license plates and the drivers have City of Chicago Chauffeur License ("HARD CARD").
