- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an $90 service call fee to diagnose your issue. Parts and labor are extra. Standard 1" filter replacement is $10. We offer a 10% discount for Military and First Responders. We also offer a 5% discount for Senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call the customer and set up an appointment for a 2 hour time block that meets their and our availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a HVAC certificate from Jefferson College in Hillsboro MO which i received in the year 2000. I also carry a St. Louis County and City Journeyman's License.
