- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When speaking with new customers, I ask questions about their vision for their event and the look they want to achieve. I then provide a mockup to be approved. If the mockup isn't quite right, I make changes until I create the perfect piece. This personalized approach ensures that every centerpiece not only meets but exceeds your expectations.
