First of all, they never stuck to the time schedule. They were a day late starting and each morning also arriving later than the agreed upon start time. The quality of work was average at best. We use vendors all the time for our rental properties across all the trades for the last 20 years… thought we would give them a chance — and regretted the whole experience.
