I hired Janina to service my home weekly 3 years ago & is still cleaning my home today. I was looking for a complete weekly maid service and I wanted my laundry done & linens changed. Janina is great! She arranged a weekly service plan, schedule & rate that was right line with what I need done each week. I really needed a deep cleaning of my whole house done first; after that was performed she returns each week and performs a detailed standard cleaning, my laundry & linens. She usually shows up on time; and she's trustworthy, reliable and respectful of my home & possessions & understands my needs and specifications. She does an excellent job- I'm very grateful I have someone I can trust in my home & does a good job. Every Thursday I look forward to coming home from work to clean, fresh smelling home, it's awesome & saves me so much energy & time at the end of the long work week! Now, I refuse to let anyone else but Janina clean my house, I know I have a great service every time! Thanks!

We usually quote house cleanings and price them per job based on the actual scope of work needed, the homes themselves & how often the cleaning services are being requested.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to their exact needs to build a customized cleaning service & service schedule that best meets their specific cleaning needs. — Initially we chat with the client via phone or email and get the basic information about the client’s home, location and frequency of services needed & other client-specific cleaning needs & info. We like to ask the client to allow our Cleaning Specialist to briefly tour their property to get an idea of the scope of work required in the service, and chat we the client personally about THEIR UNIQUE needs & exactly what THEY need in a home cleaning & management service. We then will give them a customized cleaning proposal and quoted rate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
