By being responsible and responsive. Matt was super nice and responsive but after scheduling a time and all, he sort of ghosted us and didn’t return our calls. It was kind of odd to be honest but was looking forward to working with him.

I used the Thumbtack app to search for a mold inspection company due to being told previously, I had a mold issue. I received a call from Matt within hours. The day after my inquiry, Matt arrived at my home for an inspection; put on his protective gear, explained the process, found the mold, removed and treated it. It was that simple! We found the customer service to be very knowledgeable and capable of assessing what services we needed due to the flooding. They were kind and respectful to our household and I would use them again. Scheduling was quick and easy. I called them and they were out almost immediately!
Aside from the water mitigation, they tested for mold and all other things that comes with flooding. They did find some mold and made sure it was taken care of immediately . They also left fans to dry out the room. They provided our insurance company with all the necessary estimates, photos, etc., and aggressively followed up to ensure a timely response. Insurance did pay for most of the costs associated, but we found the price to be more than reasonable!
