FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Always reasonable and willing to match budgets. Will work with the client to make the best price that includes the cooking, cleaning, travel, menu creating, and catering for special diets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important step is a quick chat. Talk about what the client wants. How they want it. If possible, arrange a meet up so we can get a feel for one another and I can see the kitchen to get my bearings. We create a menu together or I give suggestions and you choose. I come to your home on cook date for (personal chef/catering event/one to one cooking class/dinner party) and cook, clean and leave. It's very easy, fun, professional.

25 years a chef. 3-year Bachelors degree. Level 5 food safety (Ireland) Experience from restaurants in Australia, Ireland, Canada. I also have the Food Safety Training and Certification from the state of Illinois.
