- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our handyman services are offered at a rate of $60 per hour, with a minimum charge of 1.5 hours. Our painting services along with our larger project services are tailored to your specific needs, through individualized estimates based on size and complexity. Request a Quote
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you've made a booking with Blue Monarch PHS, by email, telephone or online, we will send you an email to confirm the time, date and any other relevant details. On the day that we're due to start, we will show up at the agreed time. On the off-chance we are running late for any reason, we will contact you to let you know when to expect us as soon as it is possible. If you can, please try to ensure that the area to be worked in is clear when we arrive so we can get to work rightaway. If we'll be working in a wet area, such as around a bath, shower or kitchen sink, please try and keep it dry on our day of arrival. This will help prevent any delays and ensure that any sealants or paint will have the best possible finish. We only use the highest quality fixings and materials for your job, which will all be brought with us on the day. You will only pay for what we use and this will be added on to your invoice. Blue Monarch Painting and Handyman Services is a family owned and operated business with over 30 years experience in the residential home renovations and maintenance industry. We service the South Suburban Chicago Land are including Matteson, Olympia Fields, Richton Park, Park Forest, University Park, Homewood, South Holland, Orland, GLeenwood, Steger, Frankfort, and Tinley Park Communities. Prior to starting Blue Monarch PHS I provided home repair and improvement services through Property Management Companies servicing over 6000 Units, and through large online Handyman corporations, individually servicing over 840 proven clients with high reviews. My experience with these property management companies and large online corporations highlighted the demand for a personal, honest, customer-focused approach to home repairs.
