- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have different entertainment packages I offer and depending on the package you select and the distance I have to travel depends on the fee I charge. But the fee I quote is the fee with everything included. There are no hidden fees that get tacked on. My fee will change if you decide to purchase additional items for giveaways. This usually pertains to children's parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the new customer confirms they want to obtain my services I will ask them to send me their phone number and a good time for me to contact them. I will then fill out a booking form that takes about 5 minutes. I will write down all the necessary information for your event and answer any questions they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I first started in magic I read a lot of books that taught me magic. I would take classes at my local magic shop and attend lectures by professional magicians. I have attended several magic conventions around the country keeping up with new and improved magical techniques and equipment.
