Introduction
***BEFORE YOU MESSAGE make sure LOMBARD is an ok drive please as thats where my studio is.*** The first visit is FREE and I give a quick introduction of exercise, your body and muscle imbalances and nutrition consulting as well. It's about a $250 value anywhere else, and I give it free. From there if you enjoy the studio, personal training is $45 a visit, paid for the week in advance minimum. It's a semi private environment, meaning there will only be a few others there at the same time. This is done so that I make more money but can also keep my prices down. Everyone benefits this way. Everyone gets their own program catering to their lifestyle and not just some cookie cutter work out everyone does. From there records are tracked to see improvements or if something needs to be changed. I have 14 years of professional fitness experience -- 11 years as a mixed martial artist. I have multiple certifications. I am nationally accredited and insured. I am super versatile with up-to-date information on exercise science, biomechanics, anatomy, nutrition, supplements and techniques. Learn today for your future and learn correctly. A gym Danny was previously employed at paired me up with him as my trainer. I signed up there after spending two years at a boxing gym. My goal at the time was to incorporate more strength training into my routine, but continue boxing from time to time as that is a workout I truly enjoy. I’ve been training with Danny now for almost a year. Prior to working with him, I had a lot of mixed feelings about working with a Personal Trainer. I no longer feel that way. I’ve done strength training, boxing, kickboxing, and circuits with Danny. He continues to help me break bad habits I developed from my previous boxing gym. I’m never bored with my PT sessions, I actually look forward to them and that is very important if you’re just starting off making a lifestyle change, or continuing to maintain a healthy lifestyle. In June 2015, Danny put me up to a challenge to lose 6 lbs before my next weigh in with him, and with hard work and determination, I lost 8 lbs that month! This was after bouncing around the same weight for the past few years. This gave me the motivation to participate in a 90 day challenge at my gym, which led to me getting back down to my High School weight from 20 years ago. I highly recommend Danny has a trainer. His work with clients isn’t just a job to him, it’s a passion. He brings a lot of experience and expertise; he has an awesome personality, is extremely positive, and wants to help you succeed.

Danny listened to my goals, created a regimen to hit those goals which included weight loss, muscle gain, targeted areas such as midsection and glutes & gave me tips for my dietary needs. Danny was fun and energetic to work with! Funny and always pushed me harder! I've lost 30lbs (starting at 170) and 11% body fat (starting at 38%) in 2-3 months with consistency,(exercise & diet) persistence & his knowledge in training! Loved when he'd mix it up with some boxing for fun and challenge! Danny is highly recommended for your fitness goals! Total bad a** in your corner!
