FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep it pretty simple: $15 a class/group/visit for the FIRST MONTH. Then $20 a class/group/visit from there. No other hidden fees or yearly fees. Pay week to week or month to month. I keep it relatively low so that I can make more money with small groups and that people can come multiple times a week and not break the bank. It's a win for everyone and I try my best to be fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually the first day of every month is an "Assessment" day. I track the same exercises for time and we perform them first time I see people for the month. This shows progress and shows how they are progressing each month. Just an added way to keep people motivated by actually seeing the results. You would do this the first time I meet you. Then have a basic strength training day for the rest of the time to see where a starting point is. From there once I know basic exercise history, injuries, conditions and basic goals, then I can easily come up with a game plan from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
