I had an excellent experience with Jai and his crew. We replaced all of our wall to wall carpeting throughout the second floor of our home. Jai is knowledgeable about his products and helped me make the best choice for our needs. And his pricing was the best! The installers were professional, clean and efficient. Great job. Om home remodeling is very professional, provided most accurate works cost and have ton of flooring options to select from. They did our condo flooring and it was very quick within two days they wrapped up everything. Will definitely hire them again for our future projects.

I want to check off all of the boxes but only three so here we are. Jai and the two team members that installed our floors were great! They were on time if not early after being hired for the job. We appreciated the estimate with clear break down of labor, materials, etc... I think the price was absolutely fair for the size of the job. We wanted the carpet replaced with LVP on our main floor and 2nd floor! It looks great! My husband and I both agree that our new home looks like a new place! Thank you Jai and team! We will be back and we'll definitely recommend to others!

This is a ONE-STOP-SHOP for various home remodeling needs, and probably THE BEST go-to company in the area! We were urgently looking to do a complete carpet replacement with luxury vinyl tile. To add to the complication, we were remote to the actual project location at the time of undertaking. Going by the reviews here, we decided to proceed with Om Home Remodeling Company. Jai was personally involved throughout various tasks and phases of the project: quote provisioning, material selection, purchase, delivery, carpet removal, carpet disposal, and vinyl tile installation. He offered a very detailed quote (clearly providing various cost breakup), and included various options or choices (as regards material and/or labor). It was very helpful for us to select what fit our budget! We are very happy with the timely completion and quality of work done by Jai and team. At some places, the floor needed to be patched (concrete to level or even the surface, and plywood to replace rotten section). Jai did it without having to be told! Post completion of flooring work, Jai also helped us with other miscellaneous tasks: replacement of toilet bowls, replacement of window blinds, and general house cleaning. All of these tasks were done at a very reasonable cost. This made our house move-in ready, while keep us happy on budget front! Communication is key! And, Jai does that very well! He provided us pictures of BEFORE and AFTER condition of our house. And, even did a video call to walk us thru, post completion of the work. Offers very professional with personal touch! I would definitely like to work with Jai and team again. And highly recommend him for all home remodeling needs!!!
