- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to keep our prices the most fair we think is possible. We only use the top of the line products and we never "cheat" our customers! We also provide 100% customer satisfaction and never accept payment from a customer who was not completely satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We maintain 100% friendliness and professionalism from the first moment we meet a customer to the very last. Never the less!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have learned from guys that have been doing this since the early 60s! We also have experience working for numerous companies over the years and decided to combined all that knowledge and info into our own work. Long story short, we know all the odds and ends!
