We had 3 window companies come out to look at our windows. Two companies quoted the replacement (and pushed what will it take to sign today). Supreme came out, looked at windows and diagnosed that they were not closed correctly. They did not recommend replacing just remedy the issue. It is rare in today’s world to have a company with enough integrity to be truthful and actually look out for your best interests. Although I did not buy windows, you know who I would choose if I was in the market.

It was super and easy working with James and the installation crew who finished 3 windows in a few short hours, from obtaining the quote until final installation. My main issue was old drafty windows that turned my rooms unbearably cold, so I am pending colder weather to see how the new windows pan out, but so far they look beautiful and seem to be an improvement. The pricing was also more reasonable than other estimates.

Unfortunately, my Early Alzheimer’s Disease caused my delay in opening the estimate the great team at Supreme Windows sent me. After a period of time the file cannot be opened in a readable form. My confusion issues caused me to think I had not received an estimate. Regrettably, I posted a 1 star review believing Supreme Windows had dropped the ball on my project. I am officially changing my 1 star to 5 stars because Supreme Windows did their part in estimating my job and sending it to me a complete and detailed file in a timely manner. It is completely my fault, I did not open file in time to view it in a readable form. Supreme Windows could not have done anything more to bid for my job. I regret I hired another company, Supreme Windows will be on the top of my list for future window work.
