My clock starts when I get into my TRUCK! There is a truck fee varies the size of the truck. Also I have a two hour minimum. I’ve worked for many companies trying to start my own little business and save people some money. I have all the necessary tools and equipment to get the job done. Where do I start. I ignored all the red flags. The first one was no written quote or estimate, which I asked him For several times. Then the second thing was when I sent the deposit I asked for a receipt and did not get one. Then he messed up the hallway in the building and he td me all it would take was a magic eraser to remove. Now i have a $300 bill to repair the damages After the move when he came to tell me the balance. It was waaay more, his explanation was he starts charging when he leaves his home. We'll if you have to go to rent the truck and then come to the persons home then why am I charged for that time. My move was scheduled for 10am. He arrived after 10 and they we done at 10:45. We got to the second place and they finished at 12:20pm. He told me that my price was 500 for 4 hours. When the move was not 4 hours.. Then when I told him I don't have 500 and I paid a deposit, he wanted to act like the deposit was nothing and didn't want to include it. When he left he changed the price and gave me a lower number but still the deposit was not included. Now that I've called him about the damage to the halls he wants to say that since I owe him for the move then let's call it even. But if you have insurance and you caused the damage why not call and complete a claim. You don't want to pay for the damage then that's fine. So, No I do not owe you anything for the move, because that's not what we agreed on and because you didn't take 4 hours to move me. It was 2 hours and 20 minutes. When you came upstairs with the time it was sim going and you were finished. You are not supposed to charge people for the time you spend renting the truck. That's not fair and you don't send written quotes. Nor written estimates. I'm going to take the loss and fix the halls and I pray that God show you how to be accountable for your own actions.

You are not telling the truth you did not want to pay and you told me you did not have the money. That’s all I contacted thumbtack they are looking into, I can not do anything about the reviews but ma’am you told me to force it up and that those little marks were okay when I requested the payment you couldn’t pay now you tried to find a excuse days later all because you couldn’t pay you were at $115 per hour it’s in my description that when I get into truck clock starts but your doing this all because you cheated me out of my money I reported you already.

Get rid of Marcel! He tried to fight with my son in our home. He kept calling himself a professional as they continued to damage several pieces of our wood furniture. I have so many things to repair and walls to touch up. He rushed us and we let them go b4 the job was finished just to get rid of them. He also tried to charge me $650 for 5 hrs and 3 guys. B4 the move He said it should not run more than $500 and that was the truck included. He called when he was supposed to be here and said he couldn't get a truck. Told him they had plenty at our local U-Haul and he said he couldn't get one so I had to go get one myself. All total I gave him $600. Never again will I hire this company. I don't want any problems with this guy.

Your are not telling the truth I contacted thumbtack about you in advance already, why would you let me finish the move if I was trying to fight your son, I have two employees that witnessed the whole thing you were racist towards us and I told you I would stop and not do the job that’s all I told you, you begged me to finish and this is how you do my company your furniture was very old as you can see in the pictures you called me racist words God bless you because this will not ruin me. You were very rude I gave you a good deal for three guys and we were out there way longer than 5 hours god bless you.
