FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50 service fee. If you hire me I waive that. All jobs are $100 for the first hour, $60/hr after that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk over the phone about the project and I give an estimate at that time. If the projects sounds like a good fit, I come out and visit. Usually I do the project at the estimated cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 10 years as a engineer in land development, so I got very good at planning projects and working with budgets and schedules. Beyond that all my handyman knowledge has been earned onsite, working with other contractors. That includes the pipe organ company, two different alarm companies as well as a general handyman firm.
