- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free estimate because every job is different, at that time I will provide my customers with a fair and accurate price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The estimate go over the customers budget, vision, materials, payment options, schedule, from there we provide the written estimate and start the work from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been doing this for over 15 years and I'm constantly expanding my education on new techniques.
