My wife and I selected Dave at Accent Construction after our review of four different General Contractors. Accent Construction offers general contracting services that are second to none. Dave's experience, professionalism, and personality allowed us to be confident and comfortable from our first meeting through our most current. Once we signed with Dave, he remained professional, punctual and most importantly does what he says he is going to do. He has done a great job walking us through the process, lending his years of experience in complex decisions, and working on behalf of our interests. Our budget for our new home, came in significantly under budget. The cost of Dave's services were less than any other contractor we interviewed but his know how and value are worth more than what other general contractors were able to offer. We know what it feels like to be uncomfortable and indecisive about building a new home and selecting a General Contractor. After you speak with Dave and select him to be your general contractor, you will know that you made the right decision.

Accent just completed the building of our custom home starting with the architect all the way through mr Contorno handing me the keys to our completed project. It was a great experience and painless working with Dave through the whole process and having the flexibility of picking everything out. There is nothing complicated with our pricing system. It's simply if you wish to partner with us as a General Contractor, Project Manager or Service Consultant.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new construction we begin with our Dream Home Planning Guide. For remodeling and commercial build-outs its best to meet with the customer to better understand the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the SSBOA, which is a board of officials in the building community. I have completed formal education in Home Construction with the HBA of Greater Chicago. We have received multiple design awards and achievements.
