Helitech specializes in basement and crawl space drainage systems by utilizing the patented, American-made HydraDry Waterproofing System. Additional waterproofing products include sump pumps, encapsulation, vapor barrier, dimpled drainage mat, dehumidifiers, box sill spray foam insulation, exterior waterproofing, yard drainage systems, foundation membranes, gutters, gutter guards, and downspout extensions.
Helitech offers proven foundation and structural solutions for sinking foundations, bowing walls, and other structural issues. These include helical and resistance piering systems, helical wall anchors, structural beams, carbon fiber, crack repair injections, support columns, wall replacement, band board repair, and sill plate repair.

Overall experience was top notch. Had multiple foundation leaks and had to have an egress window well replaced. First worked with Greg to determine the problem, talk options and then finalize a plan. Then Jay and his team did a great job installing the window well and fixing the foundation leaks in the basement. I would highly suggest Helitech to anyone dealing with foundation and window well issues. Very professional, kept us up to date on progress, and did a great job. Thanks again.

Helitech's communication is excellent! From initial contact to completion of job. Very easy to reach a live person via phone and emails are responded to quickly. That's half the battle done gone when dealing with companies. At home estimated quote was scheduled quickly as well as actual job date. Greg B was the sales rep. He was quite pleasant and thoroughly covered the scope of job to be performed, cost, warranty and patiently answered all our questions. Reasonably priced for services received. I don't know if we could have had it done for less as I did not obtain other estimates. That was mostly due to other companies not responding back and/or in a timely manner. I do know that the money paid along with the performance/personalities of all persons involved was well worth every penny spent. A pleasant, quick, no hassle endeavor.The crew contacted us via phone when they were thirty minutes out on day of scheduled work. They arrived promptly. We had a 20x20 foot garage floor brought to level with one and a half inch separation along with more minor separations. Poly-jacking was the method used.The floor was level when complete and all drill holes were filled and smoothed. Matthew gave us his recommendations as to filling in the cracks themselves. I knew beforehand they wouldn't be filled and it is not necessary, just for my own cosmetic reasons. I figured they knew what they were doing but was still amazed once complete. I dreamed of more pleasant garage encounters without tripping and falling flat on my face. Matthew was the foreman and Jordan assisted. Both gentlemen were friendly, courteous and obviously knew what they were doing. Towards the beginning, they ran into a small snag. I know problems tend to occur from time to time so I focus more on solutions being provided. I was not disappointed in this crew. Problem solved, job completed in a relatively short amount of time. There was no wait time to move vehicle and objects back into the garage. Matthew gave us his business card with personal cell number, along with company number and email address. He showed obvious pride in Helitech and enjoys working with this company. He let us know he and his company stand behind their work so if any problems arose in the future to contact him and he would return to make it right. We have a seven year warranty on work performed but Matthew's sincerity was most refreshing. I believe him. In a follow up email, Matthew stated he was glad he could help "heal" our garage. Unusual choice of words but he and Jordan had done exactly as he stated. How cool is that? We ended up paying the remaining amount owed with the wrong card. A difference of 18% interest so it was worth contacting Helitech. No problem having the money paid with initial card refunded and amount placed on the intended card. That's just a part of the excellent customer service you can expect. All in all, job well done by all involved. Highly Recommend Helitech. You won't go wrong.
