I was looking for a personal trainer to come to my home gym and found Annie. She is incredible. I've been seeing her for just over two months and I already feel stronger and healthier. She's knowledgeable, full of compassion and offers the right amount of challenge, so I don't get scared away from the work outs. She's the first trainer that has taught me I can be kind to my body as I change my body. I don't need to be in pain or go so full force that I want to quit. I can kindly and consistently make small changes that bring BIG impact. If you're looking for someone to help bring the right program tailored to where you are at, she's the one! don't hesitate!

Annie is a wonderful personal trainer, health coach, and person. I was hesitant to work with a trainer due to my low back pain, but I knew that I needed to work on my core strength and flexibility if I wanted to prevent further injury. Annie helped me develop an exercise routine coupled with a healthy eating plan. She is always available for any questions or concerns. Most importantly, I can tell that she truly cares about her clients and will go above and beyond to help them. I truly cant say enough good things about her and am very happy to be on this health journey with her

Let me start by saying I am honored to be working with Ann. She is not only great at what she does but she is a great human. Shes well rounded with all her clients needs. Her patience is top notch! There are days it seems impossible because of life numerous curve but Ann will make it work. Ive also seen growth when it comes strength training routines. Annie is a great trainer. Ive been strength training with her for quite sometime. She really cares about your form and makes sure you are doing the movement correctly and provides modifications on the spot if necessary. She listens to what the client needs and how you are feeling for the session as long as you are honest with her. Shes modified many sets based on how my knees, hips, ankles felt on any given day.Annie provides support and encouragement in not only strength training but nutrition as well. She also is very flexible and works around your schedule.
