He botched my kitchen drain pipes and I had to pay for a plumber to come out and fix them after he left bc the pipes continued to leak after he said he fixed them. If you aren’t familiar with construction or just need a project done without knowing how construction works DONT hire him bc if there is an unforeseen issue once he starts the project and he encounters an issue he looses his professionalism and begins to complain about his time. I’ve hired contractors for over 20 years and became uncomfortable when an issue arose due to his aggressiveness and temper tantrum. If this is a trigger for you then don’t hire him. When I told him not to become angry or impatient if an issue arose he left the job incomplete and I never heard from him again. I understand that if an unforeseen issue arises the price will change but he’s hyper focused on money and kept talking about the price and money and his time when all I wanted was him to re evaluate the job and give a total cost of the entire job once an issue arose. I hired a different contractor to complete the job and they were more calm and professional. The difference was night and day with the professionalism. BE CAREFUL.
