- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are hourly and we offer automated payment reminders. We require 50% to book and 50% day of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we confirm all of the details, including location, time, service type, party theme, etc, and availability. We make sure we can accommodate the number of guests in the time frame requested and that we know if the client would like quick or fancy designs. We prepare special designs based on the theme. We confirm via deposit and we send a reminder the week before the party.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years experience and over 1,000 parties!! I have a 200 hour state makeup certification and I travel to conventions to fine tune my craft! I lead practice and social gatherings for other local artists. I specialize in teaching other artists to be faster and to adjust designs so they give a wow factor.
