Introduction
Do you want help setting up, fixing, or maintaining your technology? Do you want simple and reliable technology solutions that just work? Do you want a technology partner you can trust to understand your needs? Then contact me, Joe, your Duck IT personal technology partner. My goal is to keep it simple and make it right the first time! I want to make your experiences with technology easier, by making technology work for you (not the other way around). I respect your time and want to make sure you have more of it, to focus on what matters to you. I believe that technology can make our lives better, if we first make technology more accessible and integrated for all! At Duck IT we “quacked” the code on personal technology. Don’t waste any more of your time struggling with technology or faceless pretend partners. Just say “Duck IT” and schedule a convenient time that works best for you. The only regret you will have is not saying “Duck IT” sooner.

I worked with Tech Joe on building a PC for gaming. He started out by helping me determine which parts and peripherals were in my budget, and also made sure each of them was compatible. He went out his way to help me find white PC parts to fit my aesthetic. He also provided optional parts or upgrades I could do either during the process or after. Once all the parts had arrived, he walked me through what went where and assembled it, also describing briefly what each part does so I'd have a base knowledge for future upgrades. I was glad to have help with the cable management as well. After it was assembled I received help downloading windows, and installing what programs I wanted and needed. He also assisted in finding a program that put all of my RGB parts into one theme, as a lot of them had different manufacturers and ran on different programs. Once it was assembled and taken home, I had an issue with the cooler not working properly after an update and I was provided with remote support on how to update the motherboard and change settings in order for it to work. Overall an amazing experience, I have a great gaming PC that will last me 5 years with the parts it has, I have knowledge now to work on it in the future, and I have a reliable service to contact if I need help.
