- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That we are very competitive. We are strictly shop at home we have a couple of offices with a couple of warehouses and are overhead costs are lower we are able to pass that onto our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it's a repair we can usually quote from the picture although we do prefer to go to the house to actually look at it because there are many variables. If we are going to sell the customer carpeting and hardwood and tile we like to go to the house to show samples and measure to her and her husband.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trade school certified installer.
