Al was punctual to begin his work to start. He considered all possible options to what the problem might be and worked to pinpoint the issue before beginning his work. He explained everything to me and what he found. He was able to resolve the issue quickly and my refrigerator is back to normal, after fearing I might need a new unit. Thank you Al!!
