- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Type of Discount we provide: Friend Referral:10% Senior: 20% Veteran: 25% The price may vary depending on the model of iPads and Laptop Screen Replacements. We would have to see it before we can give you quote. We run the diagnostic on printer and let you know if the part is replaceable or worth buying new printer instead. All other issue with diagnostic are normal pricing. Once the service is completed, we require payment is before we make the delivery.

Working with our new customers: 1. Determine what the issue is and how we can resolve it 2. Location where they stay 3. Background what we do 4. Our pricing work 5. Turn around time when they can expect their issue resolution
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been in the IT industry for 7 years. Worked as Desktop Support in repairing/configuring computer and printers. Installed hardware components on laptops and desktops.
