- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer military and senior discounts. When we provide the estimate, we do not give the lowest and then raise when there are "new discoveries". We give you an honest, "worst case scenario" and typically come down in price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out and inspect, ask questions and look for the source of the issue. The source will need to be repaired before we can remediate the issue. We are not here to clean it up and have it happen all over again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years of experience and certifications from the IICRC (Institute of Inspetion Cleaning & Restoration Certification). Our governing professional standards organization. We hold certifications in Water Damage Cleaning with Applied Structural Drying (WRT /ASD), Anti-Microbial Cleaning (AMRT), Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT).
