An accredited college professor, Kyle Brooks offers lessons in saxophone, clarinet, flute, piano, music theory, and improvisation. These lessons are custom-tailored to the needs of the pupil, having taught a wide range of students, from small children to adult learners. I offer a free trial lesson
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a successful trial lesson, I offer lessons at the frequency of the student's needs. This may be weekly, monthly, or a similar format.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold bachelor's degrees in music education and performance, as well as a master's degree in jazz studies. I am currently completing my dissertation in jazz studies in pursuit of a Doctorate of Music from Indiana University. I also offer 10+ years of experience in teaching, recording, composing, and touring across the US and Mexico.
