- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since we offer a wide Variety of Restoration and Contracting Services, we know that every Project is different and our Process with working with a New Customer would to reassure them that they would be getting Great and Professional Services. 1. We will come to the Property and perform a Detailed Inspection, of what is needed to be Completed in order to begin the Estimation Process. 2. When performing our Assessment, we will Take Notes of everything that needs to be Completed and Take Pictures of the Areas in order to Create a Detailed Estimate. 3. After our Assessment is Complete, we will explain to the Property Owners the next step, and collect an Email address to send the Proposal to, which is usually within 3 - 24 Hours Depending on the Size of the Project. 4. Once the Estimate is Sent, we will follow up with the Property Owners and answer any Questions they may have regarding the Project. 5. Once Hired! We will commit to the Completion of your Project by offering our Professional Services and Providing Great Quality Work. We Understand the Value behind your Property, and the Importance to KEEP THE PROJECT MOVING!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the Restoration and Contracting Industry for about 17 Years, we started working under Bigger Contractors since 2008 as a Sub-Contractor and gained Years of Experience. We finally graduated from being a Sub-Contractor, and opened up our own Company in March 2017. We consider ourselves a Veteran in the Industry, based on the Knowledge we gained from our Experience.
