- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am trying to grow as a business so in order to grow I have to market, I offer discounts for each review and customer recommendations to others. As for pricing I keep my prices fair and equal to the quality of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When arriving to a new customers house I’ll begin at the T stat for inspection and proper operation before moving to area that needs service, AC or furnace. Vent inspections in man area unless given permission from home owner to go else room (rooms etc) I will follow sequence of operation during maintenance and service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with all customers from new homer owners to unsatisfied customers from another company.
