I do continuing education to stay up on the latest developments.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grandmother taught me culinary at a very young age, so when I grew to a man I could care for myself. I became quite good at it, then decided to get a degree and push forward to obtain the dream her and I shared.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I purchase all of what is needed for the meal and prepare the cuisine to the customers specifications.
