I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and the beautiful work he has done in my home. My home was outdated with original bathroom and kitchen from the 80’s and in need of many repairs. Kevin remodeled and refurbished the first floor which included painting, new exterior doors, installing new floor and wall tile in the kitchen and bath, installing a new counter top and sink and repainting my kitchen cabinets. It all looks awesome. But it is not just Kevin’s work that has me highly recommending him. He is just a great person to work with. I didn’t know where to start and Kevin gave me confidence in my decisions and feedback when I needed it. He has the patience of a saint, trust me. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For smaller jobs, service calls, honey do list, etc, we charge $60 per hour, with a two hour minimum. All other projects are based on an estimated bid.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting and discussing details of the project with client, submitting a detailed estimate based on that meeting, schedule work, and payment options.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working summers in high school for a local carpenter, after high school I went to work for a larger company that built houses and housed all their own tradesmen, where I received a wide range of experience from carpentry to plumbing, drywall, tile, painting, roofing etc.
