- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer military discounts. Included in the fee is the travel price. The save the date deposit is apart of the initial fee and nonrefundable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with new customers is as follows: 1) Exchange information and Set up a time and date to communicate, meet in person if allowed, video chat or phone call. 2) Communication with couple: We love details and are open to ideas from our couples. We will ask couples to share their love story to establish direction and foundation. We will go over details of our procedures (ceremony, legalities, vows etc), answer all couples questions and concerns. 3) Send information to couple via email; contract to hire, examples of ceremonies and readings, couple information sheet and media release forms. 4) Follow up with couple 1 week after initial communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
*20 years experience in customer service. I have completed many communication classes within my degree. Clear communication is vital. *Ordained through Universal Life Church. *Associate of Arts with a concentration in Business Fundamentals *Bachelor of Science in Business with a General Management Certification * Master of Business in Administration
